- Provides onboarding and offline instruction using approved programs and methods
- Authors new training content and manages changes to existing content
- Assists in verifying member competence
- Resolves training problems on the production floor and assists in Root Cause Analysis
- Recommends and implements process improvements for new and existing training programs
- Coordinates, organizes, and schedules training for the membership
- Trains operations members and leaders to use the production member training database and/or certification system
- Conducts floor and record audits which include verification of compliance to member development programs and training systems
- Assists in the development of metrics that demonstrate effectiveness of training programs, execution of training systems, and records training noncompliance
- Maintains and implements improvements for the production member training database and/or certification system
- Trains Level 1 Training Specialists
- May require overtime and off-shift work
- High School Diploma required
- College degree preferred
- Instructional Design experience is a plus
- 2-5 years Operations Training Specialist Experience or similar experience required
