You will re-create our Operations team training materials/processes to effectively and efficiently onboard new hire classes, whether remote or in-office. You will own this from end to end and serve as the cornerstone for our Ops team’s success.
What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your ContributionsWithin your first year, you will have the opportunity to:
Review existing training materials and processes.
Learn the in’s and out’s of our operations and fulfillment processes.
Create and improve self-guided training platforms for new hires.

Core Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience developing, conducting, and refining training programs for complex operating models.
Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Healthcare background is preferred.
Experience autonomously building training modules that are capable of onboard groups of 10+ people.
Must have experience with modern LMSs and designing for L&D programs (i.e. making it presentable and digestible), not just creating or developing a training platform
A flexible self-starter, who can independently drive decisions and effectively communicate these to appropriate stakeholders.

Meaningful Compensation: $110,000-$150,000

Work Environment & Location:
This role is based in our New York City office in Chelsea. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.
