- Strategic Planning: Design and execute dynamic multi-tier training roadmaps (monthly, quarterly, annual) tailored to operational priorities and market expansion demands.
- Program Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of capability-building initiatives, encompassing grand openings, store workflows, product quality, service culture, food hygiene compliance, and management routines.
- System Standardization: Upgrade operational learning frameworks, standard operating materials, and instructional workflows to align enterprise benchmark standards with localized market conditions.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with Field Operations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, HR, and Headquarters L&D teams to translate business needs into actionable learning solutions.
- External Partner Management: Identify, negotiate with, and supervise third-party educational vendors and localized training providers across key markets.
- Management Reporting: Synthesize training metrics, strategic milestones, gap evaluations, and continuous improvement actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Adult Education, or an equivalent discipline.
- 5+ years driving operations training, L&D, or talent strategy preferably in high-volume restaurant networks, retail, or hospitality environments.
- Practical familiarity with new site rollouts, multi-unit store operations, franchisee enablement, and supervisory talent development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of instructional design, classroom and field facilitation, training effectiveness metrics, and reporting platforms.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven capability to bridge communications across regional operations and international corporate headquarters.
- Business-level fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Working knowledge of regional languages (such as Thai or Bahasa Malaysia) is advantageous.
- Action-oriented problem solver comfortable with regular travel across regional store locations.
Skills Required
