Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Planung und Durchführung von Onboarding- und bereichsspezifischen Trainings inkl. Dokumentation, Audits und Coaching

• Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lern- und Entwicklungsprogrammen (fachlich, Führung, Compliance)

• Verwaltung des Learning Management Systems sowie Steuerung von Zertifizierungsprozessen gemäß ISO/IATF

• Analyse von Trainingsbedarfen und Übersetzung in strukturierte Lernlösungen

• Koordination interner/externer Trainings sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität und Wirksamkeit

• Erstellung von Reports, KPI-Monitoring und kontinuierliche Optimierung

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern sowie der Produktion

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. HR, Pädagogik, Technik, BWL)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development / Training

• Erfahrung in industriellen oder technischen Umfeldern von Vorteil

• Starke Konzeptionsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Trainingsprogrammen

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills

• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Trainings (Einzel- und Gruppensettings)

• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Workday von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft Trainings zeitlich flexibel anzubieten

Job Location:

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver onboarding and department-specific training, including documentation, audits, and coaching

• Design, implement, and continuously improve learning and development programs (technical, leadership, compliance)

• Manage the Learning Management System and certification processes in line with ISO/IATF standards

• Identify training needs and translate them into structured learning solutions

• Coordinate internal and external training providers and ensure training quality and effectiveness

• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and manufacturing

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., HR, education, business, engineering)

• Several years of experience in Learning & Development or training

• Experience in industrial or technical environments is a plus

• Strong ability to design and manage training programs

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven training delivery experience (individual and group sessions)

• Structured, independent working style with strong team orientation

• Proficiency in MS Office; Workday is an advantage

• Willingness to offer training sessions at flexible times
