La posición será responsable del desempeño operativo integral de un cluster de ciudades en Colombia, asegurando la ejecución de la estrategia operativa del país con foco en excelencia operativa, eficiencia financiera y experiencia de los Rappitenderos.Este rol actúa como owner del territorio, liderando la operación en vivo, la toma de decisiones basada en data y la coordinación con equipos locales y centrales.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
1. Ownership y Performance del TerritorioSer owner del desempeño operativo de un cluster de ciudades en Colombia.
Ejecutar la estrategia operativa del país, adaptándola a la realidad local de cada ciudad.
Priorizar iniciativas según impacto y contexto territorial.
Garantizar la estabilidad de las operaciones en vivo del territorio.
Reducir order loss y mantener la tasa de cancelación
Asegurar supply suficiente y eficiente de Rappitenderos (cobertura, horas activas y productividad).
Detectar desviaciones por ciudad y ejecutar planes de acción con impacto territorial.
Monitorear KPIs operativos del territorio usando SQL y herramientas de BI.
Identificar riesgos, outliers y oportunidades entre ciudades.
Convertir insights en acciones concretas con seguimiento continuo.
Identificar pain points del ecosistema de Rappitenderos a nivel territorio.
Liderar iniciativas para mejorar satisfacción, engagement y retención.
Asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos de adquisición y activación por ciudad.
Coordinar y acompañar a equipos operativos locales.
Definir objetivos, KPIs y rutinas de seguimiento.
Actuar como nexo entre equipos locales y equipos centrales, tomando decisiones bajo presión.
