Your role will be to further develop our systems ensuring a positive customer order Fulfillment process.

The Job:

  • In this role, you are the “change-enabler” for the Customer Fulfillment team. You are the only dedicated technical person within the team and will represent our interests to the wider business. You are responsible for maintaining our operational systems, automating manual process steps, determining the requirements for potential new tools and implementing them into our daily workflow. Having the right tools and minimizing manual processes is a key enabler for the sustainable growth of our company.
  • You have ownership of several key dashboards in our organization including those related to inventory, lead times and product information. This means daily management, but also rebuilding/replacing them for more robust systems. 
  • You execute projects from our global roadmap but are also expected to bring in your own ideas for improvements. You are a consultant to the Global Head of Fulfillment for determining the future operations systems setup, implementing and improving Netsuite workflows.
  • You represent the Customer Fulfillment team, our change needs and initiatives at wider business ‘systems’ meetings and in solution design projects. You engage in strategic and technical conversations to define requirements and determine solutions.
  • In this role you have extensive interactions with the global Customer Fulfillment team, but also the wider Global Operations team, technical systems teams and company leadership. You will report to the Global Head of Fulfillment.
  • This role has a lot of freedom to be shaped to the successful candidate’s interests and offers lots of room for personal development. 

You:

  • Have experience with the enterprise resource planning system Netsuite
  • In particular the modules Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing (bonus), Procurement & Supply Chain and Finance & Accounting
  • Create & optimize workflows and implement scripts  
  • Create data reports 
  • Have good knowledge of the Google Apps suite and Microsoft Excel
  • Have a basic knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript
  • Have a basic knowledge of SQL 
  • Have a basic understanding of the types of EDI messages exchanged ERP, and WMS systems, such as ASN, shipment notifications and others.
  • Have a passion for operations, warehousing or transportation
  • Have an ability to work with cross-functional teams to get results
  • Are driven to take an extra step to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Are flexible to work with colleagues in different timezones
  • Are comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
  • Communicate on a professional level in English
  • Are ambitious to become an operations systems professional
  • Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Bonus Skills:

  • Have a master's degree in a related field from a highly reputable university
  • Understanding how to use Google Apps Scripts
  • Experience in working with or for a third-party logistics provider
  • Experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Data processing/visualization
  • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
  • Experience in rapidly growing startup environments
