The Mailroom Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in handling and processing incoming insurance documents in a fast-paced mailroom environment. This position is primarily responsible for scanning and organizing physical documents while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.
Your Impact:
- Process and scan physical insurance documents according to company and client guidelines.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on mail processing equipment, including: Opex Mail Extractor and Opex Mail Extractor/Scanner
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in document processing.
- Safeguard the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support mailroom operations
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
