About the Role: Operations Support
The Operations Support Services provides centralized operational support to more than 50 branch locations by coordinating mail services, equipment maintenance, vendor scheduling, and day-to-day branch support. This position serves as a primary point of contact for branches requiring operational assistance, ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues, effective communication with service providers, and efficient coordination of branch support activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing corporate mail, ensuring timely processing and distribution.
- Prepare, organize, and coordinate daily branch courier bags for internal drivers and branch deliveries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for branch operational support requests received via phone, email, and internal communication channels.
- Coordinate and schedule service calls with third-party vendors for branch equipment, including:
- ATMs
- Instant issue debit card printers
- Check scanners
- Currency counters
- Coin equipment
- Signature pads and other operational equipment
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records for branch equipment.
- Track vendor performance and follow up to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues with branch staff, providing remote support and determining when vendor service is required.
- Maintain inventory of operational equipment, supplies, and replacement parts as needed.
- Document service requests, maintenance activities, and equipment issues in designated tracking systems.
- Communicate equipment outages, service updates, and operational information to affected branches.
- Collaborate with Operations, Information Technology, Facilities, Security, and branch management to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Assist with branch openings, relocations, remodels, and equipment deployments as assigned.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and branch support.
- Perform other operational support duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of banking operations, branch operations, facilities coordination, or related operational support experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing service requests is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
