POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the business unit within the Item Processing division located at the BancFirst Headquarters/Support Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Administrator for the wire processing and reporting applications. Functions will include user administration and leading any application upgrades that are needed.
Administrator for applications used from The Federal Reserve. Functions will include user administration, upgrades, and certificate renewals.
Monitor Cash orders and returns that are submitted daily from bank locations. Functions will include maintaining bank inventory balances that are held with Armored Service providers.
Assist with the daily processing of Consumer Reg E Disputes for ACH debit transactions.
Assist with daily ACH Exception Processing.
Process monthly billing and reporting related to ACH and Wire Transfer activity.
Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Dependable, self-motivated, strong analytical & organizational skills are required. This includes a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Prior bank operations and/or customer service background
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of keying and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
