What You Will Do:
The Operations and Support Representative is responsible for supporting Patient Financial Services in daily operations, reporting, Explanation of Benefits review, and special projects. This position will also perform all job-related duties as assigned.
This position will be based at the Centralized Business Office and work onsite Monday through Friday in San Marcos, CA. This is a 100% onsite position.

Duties and Responsibilities
Document and distribute all business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies.
Complete all incoming and outgoing faxes for Patient Financial Services.
Process all outgoing correspondence daily.
Retrieve and complete all designated requests.
Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner.
Communicate to Guidehouse management areas of concern or areas of improvement.
Complete all internal requests.
Complete all copying and printing requests for Patient Financial Services.
Update patient demographic and insurance information.
Review EOB’s
Perform special projects to identify, and reconcile, payer specific issues.
What You Will Need
High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of diploma / GED.
0-2+ years work experience in a business, retail, customer service setting.
What Would Be Nice to Have
PC skills in a Windows environment.
Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel is helpful.
Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently.

The annual salary range for this position is $38,000.00-$63,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What We Offer:
