About the Role: 

The ​Operations Support Rep​ is responsible for processing and handling time sensitive documents and patient requests. Attention to detail is crucial and above average data entry skills are key to this role’s success.

Title: ​Operations Support Representative
Location: ​Onsite​ – ​8085 Knue Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250
Schedule: ​8am - 4:30pm
Department: ​Client Services​
Reports To: ​Client Services Manager​
Compensation: $17 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Key Responsibilities: 

Retrieve mail from Post Office (mileage reimbursement provided)

Coordinate, validate, deliver consumer specific requests; includes analyzing consumer mail or itemized billings for accuracy

Process internal correspondence and account updates

Inspect bankruptcy notifications, itemized statements, and settle offers

Analyze accounts to resolve balance discrepancies

Posting payments and adjustments

Required Qualifications: 

​​High School Diploma or equivalent

​Strong computer skills

​Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) ​

Access to vehicle for travel to & from Post Office (mileage reimbursement provided)


Preferred Qualifications: 

​​Administrative background

​Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, & Commercial Insurance

​Familiarity with the Collection Industry, HIPPA, & FDCPA

​Experience with Epic EMR system

​Experience with Finvi - FACS or other Revenue Cycle Management software

​Experience with PDF creation software

​Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance and FDCPA

​Familiarity with the Collection Industry, HIPPA, and FDCPA​
