The National Security Sector (NSS) seeks a highly qualified and trained Senior Business Operations Support Manager, to lead the daily operations of the Leidos Program Management Office (PMO) to support United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force Ares (JTF-ARES). This manager will execute the Program Manager’s direction to ensure the most efficient and effective management of contract scope, schedule, cost, staffing, quality, program training and readiness, and CDRL delivery.
This opportunity is in anticipation of a potential future contract award.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide daily direction and management of the PMO to deliver timely, accurate, and relevant Operations support across USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES.
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to leadership and project teams.
- Manage knowledge management services, including content curation, data organization, and access optimization using platforms such as SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
- Supervise Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to identify and implement improved workflows and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinates efforts to define requirements for information systems required to facilitate and support business process improvements, procedures, along with development and application of organization-wide information models.
- Manage graphic design and visual content support for presentations, reports, and briefings using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or Visio.
- Supervise the drafting and maintenance of written policy documents, guidance materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training content
- Possess thorough understanding of activity data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, modern business methods and performance measure techniques.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, working groups, and technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the development and regular review of program SOPs, processes, orders, administrative directions, and CDRLs.
- Be prepared to fill in for the Deputy Program Manager during their absence.
What does Leidos need from me?
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 10 plus years’ demonstrated experience providing business area support to Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, or United States Government organizations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting C2 system development, particularly in Fires and Effects or related mission domains.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle, documentation standards, and capability development processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing professional documentation and policy.
- Ability to support timely, accurate, relevant analytical production, to include documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings.
- Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex and technical data to nontechnical consumers.
Favorable if you have:
- Master’s degree in Business Operations, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Extensive experience supporting USCYBERCOM, Intelligence Community, or Service-specific C2 architectures
- Demonstrated prior involvement in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives within DoD organization.
- Proficiency with existing USCYBERCOM processes, battle rhythm, and tools.
- Experience with SharePoint administration and structured knowledge management processes.

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
