Scope of Work
- Attend to Business Inbox and ensure timely response to internal and external customers queries.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to handle customers card application enquiries, servicing requests and other servicing matters.
- Documentation tracking and reporting.
- Support servicing migration project which involves system and connectivity testing of both customer fronting and back-end system.
- Handle any other ad-hoc general administration duties and assist in projects as required.
Qualification and Technical Skills Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in Banking/Accounting/Finance, or a similar field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous.
