Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (Hybrid/Remote availability) 40hrs/week

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Payroll and Timecard reporting within company HR system & Excel based templates.
- Perform timecard audits to ensure exceptions are noted and corrected prior to biweekly payroll submission to include:
- Audit and report Employee Hours and PO billing reporting – biweekly cycle
- Resolve weekly Employee timecard errors/exceptions
- Understand customer contract documents and purchase orders to interpret and apply correct billing requirements.
- Manage workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Reconcile payroll records and validate entries for accuracy prior to transmission.
- Collaborate with corporate and operations team management to resolve billing errors.
- Provide regular reports and audits on various operations to evaluate processes.
- Support analysis of business processes and partner with stakeholders to identify optimum solutions.
- Support facility operations and office administration.
- Engages in and support CIP strategies and KPI reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2-4 years' experience processing payroll, billing, purchase orders and providing customer invoicing support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on excellence in Excel applications.
- Highly dependable for accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Provide strong interpersonal (verbal & written) skills, can communicate effectively with various levels of management.
- Provide decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Offers excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks.
- Paylocity HRIS experience.
Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
