JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Support Coordinator provides administrative and planning support to CTS Maintenance Operations. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of work orders, and effective coordination with Maintenance and Quality teams. The role is critical to maintaining compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting the smooth flow of paperwork throughout aircraft maintenance operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Issue, monitor, and maintain customer-provided work plans and packages.
- Open, close, transfer, and deliver work orders to Records in a timely manner.
- Generate and process customer requests, non-routines, and over-and-above work.
- Monitor and maintain production boards to support project tracking.
- Perform data entry and filing.
- Assist Quality with paperwork audits and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with Maintenance staff to ensure accurate and controlled paperwork flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation, Experience & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Corridor).
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; must obtain a Driver badge through Southern California Logistics Airport.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Competencies)the individual must possess:
- Computer Skills – Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Corridor or other Maintenance or ERP systems experience a plus.
- Language & Communication Skills– Excellent written and verbal communication (English). Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
POSITION LOCATION:
- There is no travel required for this position.
- Work location - CTS facility Victorville, CA.
