Essential Functions
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Maintains IronPro agreements using resources found in Salesforce and Dealer Business System
- Maintains an accrual account system for the tracking of customers who make advance payments for services not yet rendered, thereby, separating regular service payments from IronPro service payments not currently chronicled in our existing company accounting system
- Manages all “interval” billing through Contract Tracking
- Maintains a contract renewal plan with input from PSSR’s
- Coordinates with other dealers on maintenance of out of territory machines
- Manages the lifecycle of Method of Procedures (MOPs) including the draft, review, revision, and publish phases
- Opens and closes internal and external work orders utilizing customer portal for preventive, corrective, and warranty services,
- Issues and receives Purchase Orders, maintains all associated paperwork
- Assists with customer relations/service of our current and potential IronPro customers; Completes monthly commissions for CT and PM accounts
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

- Knowledge of business accounting principles
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize various MS Office products, Salesforce, DBS, and other job-related software
- Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional manner
- The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a diversified team
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum three years of job-related experience preferred

- Up to 25% travel may be expected
