Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.
In addition, you will:
- Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with Billing.
- Maintain and update the company database
- Generate customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing VLOOKUP functionality
- Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and complete project close-out manuals
- Communicate any discrepancies in production and supporting documentation, preventing timely invoicing
- Monitor and update project budgets
- Handle correspondence with customers regarding invoice submission and approval status
- Close project tasks on time, with little error

- You have a bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience
- You have project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues
- You have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- You have a construction background
- You have purchasing experience
- You have Norad and Oracle experience, is a huge plus
- Possess Telecom experience
- You’re skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent work experience
- Project management skills and ability to resolve complex issues
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong Microsoft Word experience
