PM Operations Supervisor – Linehaul | Eastern Creek / Bungarribee

Team Global Express (TGE) is transforming Australia’s transport and logistics industry with a renewed focus on safety, efficiency, and people. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated PM Operations Supervisor to lead our Linehaul team at Eastern Creek / Bungarribee.
In this role, you’ll oversee evening transport operations, ensuring resources, staff, and interstate linehaul departures run safely, efficiently, and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead a team of operations staff and drivers during the PM shift (1500–2300).
- Ensure on-time linehaul departures and high service standards.
- Oversee fleet and resource allocation, ensuring adequate coverage across shifts.
- Manage load restraint, DG compliance, and segregation of freight.
- Conduct toolbox talks, drive safety initiatives, and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Manage leave rosters, staff performance, and daily reporting.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, and Dangerous Goods legislation.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in transport operations or linehaul supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of 5–20 people.
- Sound understanding of load restraint, DG handling, and COR regulations.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management systems.
- A commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
