- Assign tasks, manage shifts, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Provide guidance, on-the-job training, and support to staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Enforce safety practices, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment across the plant and warehouse.
- Monitor product quality to ensure it meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning effectively; promptly report faults to the maintenance team.
- Oversee the proper use and handling of tools and equipment to prevent damage, accidents, or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory movements, workforce attendance, and incidents.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Implement corrective measures where performance targets or quality standards are not achieved.
- Support management in executing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and operational information at all times.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree (or equivalent qualification) is required.
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience in operations, production, plant supervision, or a similar industrial environment.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of production and plant operations
- Knowledge of industrial relations and workforce supervision
- Awareness of safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Understanding of operational efficiency and business performance management
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively

Benefits
Remuneration: 100,000.00 - 150,000.00 Gross (depending on experience and competence)
