Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics, managing a dedicated team, and upholding stringent safety and quality standards at our Addison facility.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing consistent training and constructive feedback to ensure all productivity and operational excellence targets are met.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage the efficient handling of shipments, inventory control, and resource allocation to support evolving business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards, quality control protocols, and cost-efficiency measures to maintain a secure and productive work environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with a preferred background in 3PL.

  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a proven ability to monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Strong leadership and customer relationship skills

  • Flexibility to support operational demands, including a willingness to support various schedules as needed to ensure the facility successfully achieves its expected growth targets

Reasonably expected salary range: $75,300.00 - $94,100.00
