Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics, managing a dedicated team, and upholding stringent safety and quality standards at our Addison facility.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing consistent training and constructive feedback to ensure all productivity and operational excellence targets are met.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage the efficient handling of shipments, inventory control, and resource allocation to support evolving business needs.
Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards, quality control protocols, and cost-efficiency measures to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with a preferred background in 3PL.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a proven ability to monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Strong leadership and customer relationship skills
Flexibility to support operational demands, including a willingness to support various schedules as needed to ensure the facility successfully achieves its expected growth targets
