The Role

- Lead and supervise the operations team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily activities.
- Plan and optimize operational routes, focusing on cost reduction, including fuel consumption optimization, and time efficiency.
- Act as a key negotiator with business partners, securing strategic deals that align with company objectives.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and formulate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct detailed performance reviews for subordinates, setting measurable goals, and providing constructive feedback.
- Act as a primary liaison between operations and other departments to ensure alignment and support organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations or managerial role, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in route planning, logistics management, and business negotiations.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in managing budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools for operational analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to dynamic challenges, and drive organizational change.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when necessary, including evenings and weekends.
