The Role

The Returns Coordinator and Designated Records Representative is responsible for the back-end processing all returns in the warehouse as well as maintaining all warehouse records. This includes entering manual credits for intercepted packages, damaged in transit and refused deliveries. Validating information on returned product to TPS and RGA form for accuracy while also checking for tampered or opened products. Verifying all returns meet the PDMA requirements. Working with front-end returns coordinator on any issues that arise. Maintaining and entering all pertinent information into their respective RGA logs. Entering information on DEA 222 forms for C2 returns. Ensuring that all records meet the expectations for Records Management by following the necessary policies/procedures for identification and storage. Reviewing and monitoring records to determine what is eligible for destruction. 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for processing all front-end returns for CSD within 45 calendar days; on average, process about 30-35 RGAs per week (can vary)
  • Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback RGA work instructions, policy & procedures on an annual basis
  • Responsible for processing all back-end returns for CSD within 45 calendar days (ongoing); on average, process about 30-35 RGAs per week (can vary)
  • Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback RGA work instructions, policy & procedures on an annual basis (ongoing)
  • Project Wholesale - will lead efforts for the back-end returns testing requirements, facilitate with any cutover requirements, creating new work instructions, etc. as per the program deliverable due dates
  • Responsible for oversight of distribution center record retention documents and ensuring leads in the other DC's are aware of policy changes/updates.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • 3+ years of relevant warehouse office work experience required
  • Experience with SAP and Tracelink preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office applications preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
