The Operations Specialists team (within the Performance Transformation practice) assists our clients to shape the future of their operations so that they can achieve their strategic goals and deliver sustainable and industry-leading business performance. Our portfolio covers the entire value chain from strategy development to implementation and transformation in the areas of Supply Chain, Value Sourcing, Manufacturing / MRO, Service Operations, and Innovation & Product Development, delivering tangible results on the first attempt. We are strengthening our Operations Specialists team and are looking for high potential candidates on several levels with proven track records to join our team in Germany.

Our team is seeking extraordinary individuals with deep expertise to support our continued expansion in this sector, which is experiencing significant growth.

  • Relevant experience (4-9 years) in one of the Operations topics (such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
  • Proven knowledge of relevant sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy, Process industries, Financial Services
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • Strong background in problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills with clients of all levels
  • Great team player, Self-directed and willing to take initiative
  • Fluency in English and German is required
  • Willingness to travel
