We are looking for a talented individual…
To join us as a Operations Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Operations Specialist to support a community-based energy-efficiency program. This program works with community-based organizations across Oregon that help facilitate energy upgrades enhancing affordability, comfort and safety of homes. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for community-based organizations, providing guidance on residential energy efficiency program requirements and supporting clear, consistent communication across teams.

This role requires candidates to reside in Oregon.

You will work closely with internal program teams, community-based organizations, and external stakeholders to ensure partners have the information and support needed to successfully navigate program requirements. This role focuses on proactive partner engagement, issue resolution, and delivering a positive partner and customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and a commitment to advancing equitable access to energy efficiency programs.

  • Identify trends, recurring questions, or potential compliance concerns and collaborate with internal teams to address them proactively

  • Support the program exception process by gathering information, coordinating with stakeholders, and communicating outcomes

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness

  • Document partner interactions, decisions, and guidance to ensure transparency and continuity across teams

Target Compensation:
$60,000
