Role Overview:

The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting efficient day-to-day operations

and ensuring a high standard of customer service across all support channels. This role

focuses on resolving customer inquiries, coordinating escalations, improving operational

processes, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The Operations

Specialist works closely with internal teams to support continuous improvement,

promote best practices, and contribute to a professional, customer-focused service

experience.
What you will do:
Customer Support: Providing timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure customers and

users receive effective assistance and positive service experience.

Operational Support: Supporting the organization, coordination, and delivery of operational activities in line with customer requirements, training needs, and internal guidelines.

Reporting and Data Accuracy: Preparing clear, accurate, and timely reports to support informed decision-making, performance monitoring, and effective communication with relevant

stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure requests, updates, and operational tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with business priorities.
