About the Role
We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-focused Operations Specialist to help us boost our operational activities and provide outstanding services to our clients and partners. In this role, you'll take on a variety of tasks, from managing client relations to overseeing product operations, all while striving to enhance our overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner relations and ensure a smooth application process.
- Provide operational support and guidance to our partners in executing operations effectively.
- Assist in the review and processing of applications, ensuring accurate data management.
- Maintain precise reports on product performance, customer interactions, and key operational metrics.
- Innovate and optimise processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software tools.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
