THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Document Management team.
You’re welcome to work hybrid from Israel.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
- Take responsibility for document management with internal and external contractors.
- Prepare agreements, reconciliations, reports, and other documents for counterparties.
- Process reports and ensure they are correctly formatted.
- Work with accounts receivable and payable.
- Interact with other departments (legal, accounting) to solve problems.
- Advise stakeholders on processing transactions.
- Take part in special projects.
We expect you to have:
- 1+ year of previous work experience, in a similar role. Preferably from an AI, technology, software, or similar industry.
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Hebrew.
- High attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with the main types of closing documents (invoices, receipts).
- High attention to detail and able to work with large amounts of information.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, to fully understand issues and setting tasks accordingly.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
