Location: Hybrid at client onsite in Deerfield, Fl, or Plano, TX or North Carolina
40 hours a week, 8hour day shift

We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join a progressive Financial Services Account with our Project and Development Services team. Our team’s priorities are:

  • Delivering strategic solutions

  • Actively collaborating across service lines

  • Providing expertise in PDS process and compliance

  • Applying new technology and data to drive change

What this job involves

Supporting industry changing projects

As an Operations Specialist at JLL, you will be directly responsible for working with a team to deliver challenging construction projects. Your continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies, process and compliance will be key to the impact you will have in this role. You will assist in ensuring project related documentation complies with account specific guidelines, track vendor financials, and ensure timely and accurate closeout of projects of assigned projects. Your knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.

Your primary focus will be on process adherence and report analysis driving client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development. You are focused on creating an energized and collaborative environment. You are proactive and forward thinking, seeking to understand the needs perspectives and motivations of clients driving our processes. You will deliver consistent, timely, high quality work meeting project requirements.

 Being at the heart of the team

You are accountable, collaborative and can successfully communicate detailed process in a team environment. You are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the needs of the team regarding data accuracy, research, and project management related technology.

Education and experience

  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail orientated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with construction costs and schedules.  

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED

  • (2+) years project management experience with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, numerous deadlines, and conflicting priorities.   

  • RETAIL OR BANKING construction management experience PREFERRED.

You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and be comfortable explaining our use of technology and process to others.
