As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you’ll be the bridge between departments—ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of customer-facing issues. You’ll dive into data, solve problems, and help shape a better customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Credit, Dispatch, Billing, and Sales teams to ensure accurate customer setup and billing.
- Partner with our Customer Experience team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Conduct research across multiple systems to troubleshoot freight, hauler, mapping, and system errors.
- Support month-end closing and internal testing with flexibility and precision.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
