We are seeking a talented candidate for the role of Finance Operations at a leading services company. This role involves managing and operating financial processes, working with various teams within the organization, and optimizing processes to improve financial performance. Additionally, the role includes managing cross-functional projects to enhance processes and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate daily financial processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and present findings to management.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures.
- Collaborate closely with different departments to improve financial processes.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to improve processes and drive innovation.
- Work with various departments within the company (Finance, Sales, etc.) on joint projects.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial software and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in project management
