Job Description

Wolt Market is growing rapidly and we have ambitious goals. As such, we are looking for an Operations role to help set up our Wolt Market operations and prepare for successful launches. You’ll be part of a wide range of tasks, such as, implementing new Product features into real life applications or dealing with small scale projects which improves our daily operational lifes. 

In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent contributor with an exceptional ability to execute every single day. 

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting stores running their day-to-day operations..

• Using data to analyze and propose improvements in operational processes..

• Leading small scale projects.

• Implementing key features into our Product which runs the whole operations.

• Integrating new business into existing processes. 

• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders (food delivery teams, expansion team, global Wolt Market team and legal & finance, service provider and vendors).

Qualifications

• You are a curious entrepreneur and you love to work in a fast paced environment. 

• Ability to navigate through multifunctional structures.

• Ability to learn fast and improve processes. 

• You might have worked in operations or project management. 

• You have a hands-on and proactive approach to work.

• You are a good communicator in written and spoken English and Czech.
