The Opportunity:
TrueCar is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the growth of our wholesale business. The Operations Specialist will provide exceptional customer support to both dealer clients and non-dealer clients in parity through the offer process.
How you’ll contribute to TrueCar’s success:

Follow up on wholesale leads timely including sending out email campaigns and information to prospective clients.

Work with the client from start to finish to expedite the offer process, including DocuSign management, data entry, and customer phone support, solving routine and moderately complex issues as they arise with a high level of service

Input vehicle information into the database to ensure an accurate representation of valuation options, and conditions, and support the inventory valuation process.

Liaise directly with inspection, titling, and transportation companies to ensure that transaction steps are completed within designated time frames.

Act as interface between clients, team members, and 3rd party logistics providers; track activity and alert relevant stakeholders if exceptions occur.

Efficiently organize documentation and paperwork.

Support additional team projects and make suggestions for process improvement as needed
Your Expertise:

Results-oriented with an ability to solve problems autonomously and accurately execute deliverables promptly

Ability to communicate with a friendly and positive attitude providing best-in-class customer service

Efficient and accurate data entry skills with experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products

Ability to multi-task efficiently and work within assigned scheduling requirements which may include extended hours and/or weekend availability:

The work schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.

This role will be a hybrid office schedule with 2-3 days per week in the Arizona office and 2-3 days per week remote

Proven success in providing customer service in a commercial environment

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, such as Salesforce

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Hourly pay rate: $25.00 - $27.50
