Post Trade Processing is responsible for booking global stock exchange transactions, monitoring of open settlements and the management of Swiss shares registration. As transfer agent for fund providers the team processes fund trades and performs other tasks in the fund segment. The close collaboration with trading, reconciliation, IT and other departments enables the team to further develop processes and participate in projects.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Daily processing of stock exchange transactions and exception handling

• Monitoring of settlements for stocks, bonds, ETFs, funds and structured products

• Booking of fund orders and transfer agent tasks

• Identification and management of risk positions in collaboration with other teams and interfaces

• Further development of internal processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in securities processing and settlement

• Basic know how in equities, fixed income, funds and structured products

• Well-developed risk awareness regarding stock exchange transactions and settlement

• Knowledge of SWIFT, experience with GTMatch / GTExchange

• Bank apprenticeship and/or solid experience in trade processing and settlement / Banking Operations

• Fluent in English and very good German language skills

• Advanced in MS Office

• Reliable team player with a high degree of accountability and self-direction

• Strong interpersonal skills & service orientation

• Strong team-player with can-do attitude

• Sound risk awareness

• Independent, reliable and precise way of working

• Open to continuously learn and develop new skills
