We are looking for a person with a strong organizational and collaborative personality to support the Technology Operations department leadership.  The person will own the day-to-day running of a number of processes (coordination) and contribute through decision support and execution in a number of others.  The role requires the person to be dependable and trustworthy and is expected to be immediately rewarding through the efficiency it brings to the department.  The role will require interaction with different stakeholders (mostly technical team members) but is largely not product-technical in nature.

Who this role may be interesting to

People from any industry with prior experience in roles of an operational nature.  If you regularly coordinate activities, work with operational data to provide basic insights to others to enable reactive or proactive responses, and you comfortable with a structured way of working, this may be for you.

If you are comfortable finding your way around web-based application portals to achieve operational tasks, using spreadsheets for tracking activities or reporting on them, and furthermore, if you have can elaborate on improvement/tooling that can make a process simpler, more repeatable and more accurate and follow-through on implementation with the support of others, this may also be for you.
