Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Represent, protect, and grow our Brand across multiple retail formats and banners through the delivery and execution of an industry-leading prepared food programs
- Build strong relationships with purveyors and retail partners to effectively bring the Boar’s Head prepared food portfolio to the point of sale.
- Conduct retail audits that ensure all partners are delivering on all Boar’s Head quality standards.
- Deliver Training, retail production partners, and retail store operators.
- Deliver Merchandising training and provided follow-up audits on adherence to Boar’s Head program policies.
- Build and nurture customer relationships that separate Boar's Head Experience from the competition.
- Supports BH Purveyors, PF Business Development Managers, and Channel Business Development Managers (CBDM’s) to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
- Effective interaction with all business partners that promotes prepared foods and builds a supportive selling relationship.
- Maintain current and up-to-date on evolving food and culinary production capabilities, standards, and best practices
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate up and down the organization

Education and Experience
- 5 years of experience or more in retail prepared foods management and production experience.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience developing and delivering task-related training programs
- Strong preference for candidates with brand development experience and working knowledge of fresh-prepared food product development from concept to commercialization
- Educational or strong experiential background in food and food handling requirements
- Exposure to Q/A auditing practices
