Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for generating new leads and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to a successful deal. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on identifying and connecting with potential clients and is passionate about using data to drive results.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute our content strategy to attract and acquire new leads. You'll be the first point of contact, actively engaging with prospects through various channels to build interest and qualify their needs.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Execute and contribute to our content strategy. You'll be responsible for creating various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and social media updates, to attract and acquire new leads. You will need to ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Sales Process Management: Take ownership of the initial stages of the sales cycle. This includes scheduling and coordinating sales meetings, preparing materials for the sales team, and ensuring a seamless handoff once a prospect is qualified.
  • CRM and Data Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and current information. You'll be responsible for tracking all prospect interactions and deal statuses, providing clear visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key sales metrics, analyze lead generation efforts, and report on performance to help us optimize our sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 2-5 years with a proven track record in a sales operations, business development, or similar role, preferably within a technology or software company.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a strong understanding of deal management processes.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should be confident and articulate when connecting with prospects and internal teams.
  • Strategic Mindset: The ability to think critically and contribute to our content and lead generation strategies.
  • Proactive & Organized: You should be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience working with or for other technology companies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
