Position Overview:

The Operations team at Care.com HomePay provides ongoing client support and account management, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency. This role focuses on continuously improving processes to exceed client expectations while working closely with Sales and Consulting teams to meet service deliverables.

This hands-on position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Note: This position is Hybrid in Uptown Dallas (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in office, Tuesday, Fridays work from home)

What You’ll Do:

  • Prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • Apply for and maintain client tax accounts at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Process client mail related to tax accounts daily.
  • Maintain relationships with state and local government agencies to enhance client service.
  • Manage quarterly and annual projects, including missing tax identification numbers, tax account closures, and state tax rate updates.
  • Handle special projects as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics preferred, not required. 
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding case closure quotas.
  • Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Salary Range:  $24.00-$26.00/hr. 

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
