You’ll work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, gaining exposure to high impact programs and building valuable skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Program & Project Support
Support the execution of strategic roadmaps across the Central Technology Office.
Work with internal customers and SMEs to help keep project and program milestones on track.
Communications, Training & Awareness
Assist in developing and delivering technology training and awareness materials.
Support internal communications that engage and inform employees.
Reporting & Executive Support
Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, presentations, and other committee materials.
Organise project documentation, remediation plans, and compliance evidence.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Help monitor regulatory expectations to ensure training and awareness programs remain compliant.
Apply Finastra policies and standards across communication and training activities.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to tools and methods that measure program effectiveness.
Identify and support opportunities for process enhancement.
What You’ll Bring
Interest in areas such as Project Management, Communications, Organisational Development, Change Management, Marketing, Risk, Information Security, or Compliance.
A degree in Business Administration, Communications, Liberal Arts, or similar—or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging in a range of audiences.
A collaborative, professional approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI and virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
