About the Role
You'll work cross-functionally to keep the engine running - but this goes beyond day-to-day execution. You'll help build and maintain the SOPs, dashboards, and reporting that let the team see what's working, and use data and AI tools to spot bottlenecks before they become problems.
This is a strong fit for someone with some operations experience under their belt who's ready to take ownership of how the function runs, not just keep it moving.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day operational execution across orders, suppliers, and logistics
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, from purchase through to delivery
- Build and maintain dashboards to track order status, lead times, and service levels
- Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs as the team and order volumes scale
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to resolve operational issues and close process gaps
- Use data and AI tools to identify bottlenecks, surface trends, and recommend improvements
- Maintain clean, accurate data across ERP and operations tools
- Act as a go-to resource for how operational processes work and where they can improve
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree (operations, business, supply chain, engineering, or similar) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Prior experience in an operations, logistics, or supply chain role
- Strong organisational skills with a bias for execution and ownership
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, or lightweight tools
- Confident using data and AI tools to drive analysis and operational decisions, not just support them
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for accuracy
- Proactive and comfortable setting up structure where none exists
Bonus Points
- Experience building or owning SOPs and operational documentation from scratch
- Experience building dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. in Excel, BI tools, or low-code platforms)
- Exposure to order flows, vendors, or logistics partners
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate or streamline operational work
- Shape the data backbone of a fast-scaling B2B platform
