Operations Specialist - Brand Management

This position maintains onboarding and ongoing management of our Branded Retail Customer agreements while collaborating with our Brand Supplier vendors. These responsibilities include managing our onboarding/approval process, image management, rebate programs and ongoing program management. This position provides ongoing support to our Sales Organization and customers through out their agreement with World Fuel Services. This position is responsible for reconciling various supplier accounts and working with other teams to ensure accrual accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes new customers and existing customer onboarding of new Branded Retail locations
• Responsible for partnering with our Sales team to manage the image budgets and completion of image work to supplier standards
• Responsible for managing our rebate programs – this includes our program arrangements with customers and internally retained rebates by WFS
• Manages and monitors the new Brand Retail approval process – review the accuracy of the deal, facilitate approval requests through our Kissflow system and final validation following inputs from other supporting teams.
• Provides support and assistance of ongoing supplier programs rolled our as part of our Branded Supplier agreements – this includes EMV, image upgrades, etc.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
• Responsible for data accuracy and integrity and making sure that all requests are completed within 48 hours during the regular business working hours.
• Creates journal entries and accruals for various supplier accounts in a timely manner.
• Reconciles various supplier accounts and communicates discrepancies.
• Responsible for ensuring customers are paid/billed in a timely manner.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s Degree, Technical School diploma, or other two-year program. 
• The incumbent of this position needs to be very detail oriented and have prior experience in roles that involve data entry / data quality.
• Minimum 1-2 years prior experience in roles that involve data entry / data quality.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel including graphs/charts)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
