Sizing Operations Specialist (all genders)

ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Size Chart Operations Team at Size and Fit, a highly specialised and dedicated unit, is dedicated to executing processes with precision and diligence to ensure sizing data hygiene. Within this team, you will specialise in the sizing of thousands of brands. Your responsibilities encompass supporting the internal teams with size chart related processes, being the gatekeeper for the data quality. Daily interactions will involve engaging with a range of external and internal stakeholders, including operations teams, buying and planning departments, Size and Fit product managers, engineers, analysts, business developers and scientists. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a broad expertise in sizing and operations within the dynamic e-commerce industry.

WHAT WE LOVE YOU TO DO( AND DOING)

• Become a part of the Size Chart Operations team at Size and Fit to ensure sizing data quality.
• Maintain the integrity of size chart data within our database and our operations, by ensuring the sizes of the articles are reflected correctly to our customers. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for our operations teams responsible for onboarding articles to the platform, enabling them to correctly match the articles to the size charts.
• Maintain open lines of communication with your stakeholders to ensure their feedback and needs are taken into account in our operations while identifying process improvement opportunities. 
• Proactively seek out innovative solutions to enhance and optimise our size chart operations contributing to greater efficiency, effectiveness and data quality. 

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE ...

• An expertise in fashion & textile design and a solid understanding of sizing.

• Strong organisational and communication skills with a structured approach to tasks.

• Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheet management, and document organisation.

• Prioritising accuracy and quality when handling data and numbers.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Thriving in fast-paced environments and promoting teamwork and proactive problem-solving.

• Openness to continuous improvement and a commitment to process excellence.

• Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.

• Efficient workload management to ensure timely, accurate, and prioritised completion of tasks.
