You will:
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our staff, vendors, and clients;
- Maintain files and office supplies;
- Manage/schedule business trips/order tickets;
- Assist on HR matters, such as contracts drafting, work supply preparation, accounts, perks for employees administration;
- Assist with accounting for companies (basic management of invoices/expenditures);
- Assist with general administrative documentation, such as archiving, ensuring correct and timely signing of documents;
- Organize social activities locally and internationally;
- Ensure uniform operating conditions according to company rules and policies for
offices in the region.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Romanian and English;
- College or University degree (can be a fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time);
- 1 year of experience in position at administration;
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
- Great communication skills;
- Reliability, diligence, and attention to details;
- The ability to manage pressure;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and workload;
- Pro-active approach to problem solution, „can do“ attitude.
