The Operations and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations while driving revenue growth through sales performance. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of sales targets across financial service offerings, including money transfers, check cashing, money orders, bill payments, and prepaid services.
Operations Management
· Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
· Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
· Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile transactions, and minimize operational risks.
· Maintain proper documentation and reporting of financial transactions.
· Manage vendor relationships related to financial services (money transfer platforms, telecom providers, etc.).
· Ensure branch appearance, functionality, and service standards meet company expectations.
Sales & Business Development
· Drive revenue growth by promoting financial products and services.
· Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for the branch and team members.
· Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase customer base and transaction volume.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance.
· Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions.
Team Leadership & Development
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
· Foster a positive, sales-driven, and customer-focused work environment.
· Schedule staff and manage workforce productivity.
Customer Experience
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering fast, reliable, and friendly service.
· Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
· Promote a culture of trust, transparency, and service excellence.
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
· Conduct audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
· Train staff on fraud prevention, security protocols, and compliance procedures

· Retail environment with extended hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
· Requires standing for extended periods and handling cash transactions
