Responsibilities
• Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries
• Present and explain available apartments/rooms to potential clients
• Handle sales calls and convert leads into bookings
• Make reservations through hotel management systems
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Provide follow-up support to clients and resolve service-related issues
• Ensure accurate data entry and booking records
Requirements
- Preference will be given to non-Saudi applicants with relevant hospitality experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or hotel reserva=ons
- Fluent in spoken and wriPen English and Arabic
- Ability to work long shiOs (12 hours), 6 days per week
- Comfortable with computer systems and online booking plaJorms
- Presentable, organized, and customer-friendly
