Responsibilities:
This internship will support supply chain operations across the New England/I-91 corridor and Pennsylvania.
Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.
Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies
Gain exposure and knowledge on department functionalities
Develop positive professional relationships across departments
Complete special projects as assigned by your manager
Complete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives
Support warehouse safety engagement programs to include safety committee meetings, safety blitzes, EHS walks, fatal risk audits, incident investigations, etc.
Support warehouse safety regulatory compliance initiatives and IIPP (injury illness prevention program)
Utilize the Benchmark Gensuite platform to complete tasks and projects
Partner with Warehouse Operations, Field Training, Human Resources, etc on shared initiatives

We’re searching for interns that are:
Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university
Will have completed their Sophomore year by the start of the internship.
In good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
Currently majoring in Occupational Health And Safety or related fields.
Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred
Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Bring curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn and contribute
