Operations Restaurants Senior AnalystThe Restaurants Senior Analyst plays a key role in strengthening restaurant operational performance across the platform. The role focuses on diagnosing operational gaps, analyzing performance trends, and developing data-driven solutions that support partners and internal teams. This position collaborates closely with Commercial, Operations and Product to address root causes that impact cancellations, defect rates, preparation times, and overall user experience.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analytics: Use SQL and analytical tools to identify trends in cancellations, defect rates, prep-time accuracy, and partner behavior. Translate insights into actionable initiatives that improve restaurant performance and reliability.

  • Policy and Strategy Support: Contribute to the design, evaluation, and refinement of operational policies, including compensation rules, cancellation management, and SLA performance frameworks for restaurants.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Commercial, Product, and Ops teams to execute initiatives that address the root causes of operational issues such as stockouts, prep-time deviations, or order handling failures.

  • Restaurant Process Optimization: Detect operational inefficiencies across restaurant partners and recommend improvements that reduce cancellations, prevent defects, and improve end-to-end order flow.

  • Operational Governance: Monitor key KPIs related to restaurant operations and support alignment on priorities across countries, categories, and partner tiers.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and structured way, ensuring alignment and adoption from country teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.

  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and data analytics; ability to build scalable analyses and identify operational patterns.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and support execution through a structured, data-driven approach.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through insights.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English.
