The Residential Operations Resource Specialist provides administrative and operational support to Arizona Residential State Leadership teams for Group Homes and Day Programs through onboarding coordination, compliance tracking, documentation management, reporting assistance, systems support, and operational follow-through.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Arizona Residential State Leadership teams for Group Homes and Day Programs.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including coordination of documentation, training requirements, communication follow-up, onboarding scheduling, and system access requests.
- Responsible for answering and directing the Arizona Residential main phone line in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with tracking employee trainings, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate administrative follow-up related to personnel documentation, operational reports, and departmental requests.
- Assist employees with navigation and use of RISE software systems and applications.
- Compile, maintain, and distribute operational dashboards, reports, summaries, and tracking tools while escalating missing documentation, compliance concerns, and operational follow-up items to appropriate leadership teams.
- Maintain organized operational, onboarding, licensing, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with payroll review and administrative follow-up.
- Support preparation activities related to audits, licensing reviews, surveys, and operational compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up between departments, leadership teams, and operational programs.
- Schedule meetings, assist with project coordination, and maintain follow-up on assigned operational tasks and initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive working relationships.
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and organizational events as assigned.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Recruitment, the Executive Assistant, and Arizona Residential Operational Leadership to support organizational and operational needs.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED and at least a combination of two (2) years’ experience working in a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background clearance.
- Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job.
- Language ability (other than English) may be required to meet specific needs of the program(s);
- Self-directed, works with minimal supervision;
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Ability to adapt quickly to new or changing software applications
- Experience with mentoring and training staff in the use of software systems/applications.
EQUIPMENT NORMALLY USED:
- Telephone. Will be required to use other office equipment (e.g. computer, printer, fax machine, copy machine, etc.).
- Meet requirements of RISE vehicle insurance agency if required to drive a RISE vehicle.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION - Occasional travel to attend meetings/training.
- Ability to complete necessary documentation for state and company requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple work assignments.
Additional Candidacy Requirements: - If required to drive a RISE vehicle, must be a minimum of twenty-one years of age and meet requirements as specified by RISE Insurance Agency.
- Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
