EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for Operations Research Analyst in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position is located in our Germantown, MD office.
Job Responsibilities:

• Identify data requirements, provide, and communicate implementation plan on data collection teams involved in implementation.
• Organize and maintain web analytics and push notification data. Gather data from different customers to touch points.
• Develop visualization and maintain dashboards. Work closely with project managers to develop new KPIs and algorithms and provide reports to help resolve issues, improve, and proactively monitor the current business processes.
• Create funnel reports to identify bottle necks in the customer journey and automate reports to decrease reporting time. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to predict/forecast data to plan business processes efficiently.

Basic Requirements:

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field plus 6 months' experience in process improvement OR Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field plus 5 years' experience in process improvement.
• Experience must include 6 months in each of the following: data analysis; Python; SQL; Tableau; data cleaning; statistical analysis; automated report generation machine learning; and forecasting.

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $101,566.00 - $101,566.00
