Perform and ensure the main responsibilities listed above are handled in a professional and structured way, including:
- Perform daily control of physically received documents for Intercompany invoicing process
- Perform Intercompany Invoicing process according to predefined schedule
- Register Intercompany invoiced volumes to team or general reports
- Prepare mail for sending of documents to local subsidiaries
- Create in cooperation or update internal manuals in case of process change
- Daily communicate with processing teams and accounting
- Be backup for Operations Representative IC team members for all team activities
- Support the team and help set up and perform priority activities

Main KPI’s
- Daily control of received documents for Intercompany invoicing process
- Daily execution of documents for Intercompany Invoicing process
- Daily reporting of invoiced details coming from the process
- Weekly preparation of mail for local subsidiaries
- Daily/according to agreement control of documents which rested from the process
- Daily cooperation with Processing and Accounting team
- Daily communication via email trough departments (SLA 48 hours) / ad hoc personal communication
