- Act as the daily operational point of contact for the customer, internal teams and carrier partners.
- Coordinate communication between the customer, tracking team and carriers to ensure smooth transport execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.
- Align with carriers on available capacity, future planning and operational requirements.
- Coordinate transport allocation, offer loads to carriers and support freight price discussions to secure the best operational solution.
- Monitor transport KPIs such as on-time delivery, transit times and delivery exceptions.
- Investigate the root causes of operational disruptions and implement improvements to enhance delivery performance.
- Support the commercial side of carrier management by helping secure capacity and identifying additional carrier opportunities.
- Analyse customer and carrier performance and identify practical improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience across your portfolio.
- Strong English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
